Interior Design Software

We know that custom window treatments are an investment of both time and money and for this reason we use interior design software to  help you visualize what your new treatments will look like in your space. With the ability to design right on top of a photo, we can show you various window treatment scenarios ensuring we have truly understood your goals and vision.  Below is a BEFORE photo of a Marin county client's living room where she had ready made store bought curtains hung.

As you can see the store bought curtains were skimpy and looked a bit haphazard and certainly did not do justice to this classic Belvedere home. She wanted her new window treatments to be elegant and sophisticated as well as provide privacy and light control. Below we illustrated pleated draperies and a relaxed roman shade in a soft, monochromatic  color palette.

Once the final design details were finalized and approved we moved on to fabrication. For this job, we used a cream colored silk from Fabricut and applied a soft blue  lattice trim from Kravet just above the bottom hem for added interest. The roman shade and drapery hardware were mounted higher than the previous curtains were to make the window appear taller than it really is. The wood drapery hardware is from Kirsch. This was a beautiful transformation that provided just what the client wanted, with no surprises.
